Jim Warner
​Partner 

Jim has extensive background in software development, information technology, manufacturing and team and program management. With over 30 years of professional experience, his career includes Hewlett Packard, Rockwell International, American Fundware, Intuit, Kintera and Blackbaud. He is passionate about understanding end-user needs and building/integrating cost effective solutions that exceed expectations.  For the last 18 years he has focused on solving problems for non-profit & governmental organizations.

Jim "Gif" Gifford
​COO & Managing Partner

Gif has worked with non-profit organizations for over 20 years. He has worked American Fundware and founded NFP Technologies and Outreach Suite. As a recognized leader in fundraising, accounting & CRM solutions, Gif specializes in building relationships with customers and matching solutions with organizational needs.

Keith Vincent

Adam Erickson
Non-Profit Expert & Certified Salesforce 

Keith has been a CPA for 25 years and has served a long list of clients. He specializes in non-profit organizations. Keith has worked as a consultant for Blackbaud and NFP Technologies, implementing Financial Edge accounting software. Keith provides accounting, audit, process improvement and review services for accounting and finance departments for small to medium size organizations.

Paddy Purushothaman

Paddy has 15+ years of experience with expertise in architecting, developing, managing and deploying enterprise-wide projects using state of the art hardware and software technologies.

Ganesh Kuppuswamy
​​Software Developer

​Ganesh has over 10 years of software development experience implementing Software as a Solution (SaaS) and open source systems for the cable industry. Ganesh is passionate about service work and donates a portion of his time for developing and integrating solutions for key non-profits.

Adam has over 10 years of experience setting up, customizing and administering Salesforce.com.  He has extensive experience with the Salesforce Foundation Non-Profit Starter Pack and has worked with many non-profit organizations to implement Salesforce.com solutions. Adam is also an expert in migrating data into Salesforce.com.

Stephanie has 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, as well as being certified for 4 years. Her 10 years of experience implementing process improvement for the financial services industry has allowed her to develop technical skills and acquire project management experience. 

Christopher has had various technical positions, such as being a manager of technical support for Salesforce, Senior Salesforce Consultant/Project Administrator for NFP Technologies as well as being a Technical Support Analyst for Cox Communications.

Erin Kearney
